Cherry Crest Adventure Farm

Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is the perfect place to take your whole family, and find fun for everyone. Located in the heart of Dutch Country, this unique farm has over sixty attractions. There are over twenty-five acres covered, in activities and games to explore. The farm has been running for almost twenty-three years, and is a family-owned, and operated business. They are open all during the spring, summer and fall months, closed during the winter. One of the most unique things about the Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is, not only do they have acres of fun, but they also have over three hundred acres of different food crops and orchards. These acres are all completely solar-powered and operated!

Cherry Crest Adventure Farm holds many fun and exciting events. These include country pig races, butter-making demonstrations, wagon rides, a hay chute, apple blasters, a giant sling, a petting zoo, cabin building, and rope making. During select months of the year, other activities are also available. During the early summer months, visitors can play with chicks in the baby chick hatchery, participate in the straw bale hoist, and tractor pull.
Throughout the summer additional activities open up such as: the bucking bronco, the feed mill, the corn maze, and the corn barn. Fall brings the flashlight maze, haunted maze, and duck races. In fall one of the farm's biggest trademarks, their apple cider donuts become available. These homemade donuts have been passed down over the years, and guests come from near and far to eat them while they can. The farm also offers other foods in their Home Cookin' Cafe, and Maizie's Dairy Barn, so come hungry.

While visiting don't forget to visit the schoolhouse sweet shop, and the general store to bring home some old farm-style souvenirs. Visitors can also participate in gem mining, and take their gems home. The Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is open 10 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am - 10 pm on Saturdays, closed Sunday.
